CAUTG: Call for Enrollment Numbers

Dear CAUTG-Colleagues,

We are in the process of gathering enrollment numbers.

Please fill out the excel form, change the file name so that it includes the name of your university, and return the document vial e-mail to me, ursula.baer@ubc.ca by October 7, 2016.

Attached are two documents:
• the survey form (a fillable excel file)
• a pdf-file containing short instructions and answers to frequently asked questions
