DAAD Application Portal for University Summer Course Grants Open for 2021
Through its University Summer Course Grant, DAAD offers exciting opportunities to learn German in Germany (https://www.daad.org/en/find-funding/undergraduate-opportunities/university-summer-course-grant/) to Bachelor, Master and PhD students.
This program provides scholarships to attend a broad range of three- to four-week summer courses at German universities which focus mainly on German language and literary, cultural, political and economic aspects of modern and contemporary Germany.
In case participation in the language course on site is not possible due to the current pandemic situation (e.g. the language course gets cancelled, high occurrence of infection, official requirements), the DAAD has the right to withdraw the scholarship and to award it as an online language course.
Students from any subject area with A1 level German (according to the Europäischer Referenzrahmen) and higher are eligible to apply.
Bachelor students must have completed at least two academic years by the start of the scholarship period.
Please help us spread the word among your students and faculty.
Applications via institution by December 1, 2020.
