Diefenbaker Memorial Chair in German Literary Studies

The University of Waterloo invites applications for the endowed Rt. Hon. J.G. Diefenbaker Memorial Chair in German Literary Studies. The Diefenbaker Chair was created to support and promote German literary and cultural studies through research, teaching, and public outreach. Established scholars with interests in German-language culture broadly conceived and a desire to pursue interdisciplinary scholarship and collaboration are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will also be appointed Director of the Waterloo Centre for German Studies, a privately endowed research institute at the University of Waterloo.
