CAUTG at Congress: Preliminary Program

Please take a look at a preliminary draft of the conference program for this year’s CAUTG Annual Conference at Congress. The program features many exciting paper presentations, two keynotes, a roundtable on Diversity, Inclusion, and Social Justice, interdisciplinary panels, several lunch receptions and award ceremonies, including an award lecture, and a newly designed graduate student workshop (please register for the latter via James Skidmore (skidmore@uwaterloo.ca).

If you have not yet registered (https://www.congress2020.ca/register), note that the early bird rate deadline is “prior to March 31”. Note that you need to register for the Congress and the association meeting. The latter fee is different from the CAUTG membership. The registration also allows you to register for banquet and donate to help us sponsoring graduate students.

Also note that the best accommodation option start to go quickly in January/February, for further details on on-campus and off-campus accommodation see https://www.congress2020.ca/plan-your-trip/accommodations .

All graduate students will be either sponsored by their departments, individual colleagues, or if needed the CAUTG to participate in the banquet that concludes the meeting in the evening of June 1.

If there is interest in chairing a panel, especially as non-presenter, please send an email to both program chairs (email below). Please also get in touch if you have any questions or comments.
